The irony of taking inspiration

Its easier nowadays to ‘Google’ for inspirations than taking them in its raw form; observing and taking inspiration from what we see and experience everyday.

I passed a newspaper vendor on my way to work. I was driving, and he was pushing his bicycle which had a tall stack of newspaper uphill. That’s inspirational.

We experience this view every other day (maybe in different forms) but fail to take inspiration and motivation from them. When I saw the man pushing that bicycle uphill with the stack of newspaper, what I saw was hope, determination and simple hard work at its best. No need for fanciful quotes from century popular pop icons to tell me that in order to achieve something HARD WORK and DETERMINATION counts. And they go a long way too.
