Thank you so much for your prompt reply!

I am Gilbert Chee, a student of Metropolitan College.

I am currently volunteering myself to assist in a charity event called Pedal Away Polio; which is organized by Rotaract Club of Taylor’s University College.

This event will be held at Sunway Pyramid where they have agreed to be our venue sponsor on the 18th of September this year.

The objective of this event is to channel every dollar raised to Rotary’s International PolioPlus Fund to help eradicate poliomyelitis globally.

The purpose we write to you today is to ask for a charitable favor from you, which is to help us post our event flyer with a short description on your blog so that we can reach out to more interested individuals.

We really do hope that you could kindly post this event on your blog as cyclists’ participation is vital in determining this event a success or a failure.
