Helping a friend to spread the word for FitnessConcept‘s Corporate Social Responsibility Program starting next week.

“”The roadshow at 1 Utama old wing kicks off 23rd March 2010, and end on the 28th March. Do come on any of these dates, and  bring along your family and friends to test our cardio machines, every 1km FitnessConcept will donate Rm5 to the charity.
Help us accumulate to a substantial charitable amount till end of 2010. Watch out for Indoor Triathlon event as well. It’s fun for everyone while your contributing to the society2 =D Please come.

Indoor Tri will be featuring Reebok V7 treadmill, Recumbent Bike &  Crosstrainer. 1/2 hour per session, participants will spend 10 minutes on each machine. We will record their accumulated distances and the longest distances wins. FitnessConcept will donate 1km = Rm5 to the charity

Indoor Triathlon Schedule :  23thTues, 24thWed, 26thFri, 27thSat  :  3-4pm, 8-9pm
Launching : 25th Thurs :  5-6pm, 8-9pm

Grand final : 28thSun :  3-4pm
