Carmen Leong has finished the Ironman Langkawi 2010 as the 1st Malaysian woman to cross the finish line. other friends still on the running course ; Chan Jun Shen, Sham, Farhan, Karyan, Hamid, Senn, Faisal Faruk, Abu and Ayet. Adek Dush has also crossed the finish line.
Just got to know Barath Kumar DNFed. Siok Bee had to pull out due to mechanical reasons. tyre burst twice in the 1st 8km !! and she waited 3 hours for the mechanic.. wasn’t possible for her to make the cut off for the bike time.
its now 8.36pm and im heading for dinner.. damn exhausted.. Gave my support to Chan before I left for dinner. he gotta be strong and face on his own game. you are a winner when you can face that and still stand up.
