Many thing on my mind (e.g. my swim time improved from A Famosa Tri..but ..still sucks..and uhmm..lari kena mantap lagik.. and uhmm..kayuh,okay..tapi banyak lagi kena improve..uwaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!) … will write later ! People, plz help kasi semangat/motivation 2me !!!!
post race review : swim: ..yuckkityyy 41 minutes.. but, congrats to myself, i manage to shave off nearly 5 minutes from A Famosa swim time ! Bike: also got improvement!! Run: girl, u gotta work more lah… !!!!

Overall: the placing in the end doesnt really matter..time tuh yg penting! ( Women 16-29 (22), Malaysian ( 8 ) ) more singaporean ladies this time around.. (like duh!)..obviously i’m not as strong(YET) as them.. but insyaAllah, I will never give up in giving my best !! Go Malaysian lady triathletes !! We can do it ! We can !! Nurina : u oso Malaysian ya !!!! 🙂
