It’s been 4 days since GE Pacesetters Run. J My sore thigh muscles are better today, alhamdulillah.. thanks to the sports massage on Monday eve, the Tuesday eve 20 minutes jog and also the nite ride at Putrajaya with friends. Much better.. 2 days ago I was walking sideways up the stairs, and very slowly down the stairs.. adoi.. but yesterday found it much easier to climb oup or down the stairs.. 2 nites ago did 40k around Putrajaya area together with Esmen, Suye , Nurina, Danial (Nurina’s eldest) , Sandy (taking part in Ironman next month ), and a few other guys; fadzil , hafiz and 2 other guys tak ingat nama.. (sorry !!) janji to start at 8.30pm, but Esmen turned up late.. haha.. so sempat lah to relax, stretching a bit.. Major Kalam and troop arrived soon afterwards.. but only Nurina and Danial cycling.. Major Kalam dah semakin expert jadi marshall…bawa back up car.. hahah.. anyway, Nurina and I planned an easy ride as we just ran 20k last Sunday (nurina did below 3 hours! Congrats ! *next year below 2:40 okay !*).. an easy ride it was.. J
We started 9ish..On the way to Dengkil traffic light, the bicycle chain came off ..haha… by 10.50 habis kayuh.. J late dinner at Presint 9 at this mamak.. Esmen calls the mamak and another 1 next to it ‘Double Trouble’.. we all sampai je, waiters from both mamak restaurant came to us.. bukan 1, bukan 2.. I think around 8 to 9 of them.. haha.. Mamak 1 vs Mamak 2.. mamak 2 lost.. victory goes to mamak 1 ! haha.. ambil order punye la cepat.. but we had to wait for quite a while for our food.. anyway… for such a short ride there were so many kind of food on the table.. all high calorie.. hahahah.. ranging from nasi lemak, to nan, to kuew teow sup tulang (ehem..) to lamb shop ! just name it.. J we all had a good time makan, sembang2.. hahah.. still the beginning of the race season.. ya rite..




3rd February >> KL Towerthon Challenge.. I wonder if I’m even up to THE challenge… hopefully it will build up soon ! slept over at Nurina’s ..too late to be driving back alone to campus. J Yesterday supposed to do 8k, but then kaki lenguh balik.. so just did 6k. Dinner : laksam , sayur and fruit.. 2 mid term exams today and tomorrow..!! adios !!

Haha, You downgrade to do half marathon, I also changed my registration, I upgraded from 10km to half marathon.
