GO GET IT. PERIOD !
Bringing optimism to our daily breath is by choice. Whether we want to execute the plans in thought, or let it breeze away like the cool morning wind. The Yes and No that interplays is a game. The mind game. How keen and committed we are in getting to execute what we want tells US a lot of US. So… evaluate yourself if you are an empty talker, or the type who executes without much groan. Little sacrifices takes you a long way.
Remember, the sense of achieving will only be known and felt if you can relate and feel the achievement no matter how small it. Take instances of friends and colleagues who aims and talk big followed by zero action. Dream on. So remember, when you something, go get it. Period.
And try harder if you haven’t achieved what you wanted so badly. Remember to correct and make good those intentions. :)
This is slowly becoming my daily routine. Arrive at the office, turn on my computer, take the elevator down, and take the stairs up to the 20th floor of the office tower. That will be 22 floors in total (plus Ground floor and Mezzanine floor) in 5-6 mins time on a medium walking/climbing pace. I do time myself for motivation after the climb, and key that in with Noom, my new buddy to have that sense of achievement. For myself.
Meet Noom. Noom has helped me lose almost 3kg. 2.6kg to be exact. Small in number, big achievement for me !

It finally happened last night.. took it to the trainer ! *must thank my husband for helping me out*
Nothing beats a free pair of new Mizuno (Crusader 6) and Kappa jersey. A happy example of ‘when you get something you didn’t expect !’ Nasib baik bukan Asics ! haha..
And oh the running bib. Been a while since I have the race belt on ! Running for company tomorrow. Yippee !!!
